The Virgina Carter Award is presented at each Primerica Convention. One woman is recognized as the Virginia Carter Award winner. This leader is the highest earning female within a competition period.
The winner will embody the attributes of character, leadership and courage that the late Virginia Carter brought to the Primerica business as a Company founder and first female Million-Dollar Earner.1,2 She is a leader in cash flow, as well as a rising star in recruiting, premium and securities, with a vision for helping others achieve their goals.
1. Primerica Representatives are independent contractors and are not employees of Primerica. Representatives earn income through the sale of products and are not paid to recruit.
2. From January 1 through December 31, 2024, Primerica paid our life-licensed sales force members an average of $7,757, reflected in local currency, unadjusted for exchange rates. Representatives typically pay an initial fee of $99 USD ($103.95 CAD in Canada, inclusive of taxes) to provide for training and licensing and also may incur ongoing personal expenses to conduct business. Our representatives
earn varying levels of income and the cash flow shown reflects an extraordinary level of success that is not typical of the sales force.
